I had a lot of fun running around with these two birthday boys!  “H” was turning 3 and his little brother “L” was turning 1!

I’ve caught this shot at weddings, but this was the first time I’ve ever captured it during a children’s portrait session.  I love “H’s” little hands guarding his eyes while mom fixes his hair!

These balloons were actually for “L’s” 1st birthday, but “H” loved them too, and since he was turning 3, I thought, why not let them share?

And we finished off the shoot with some bubble fun!  “L” was pretty tired at this point, but somehow mustered up the energy to chase a few bubbles!  And, as you can see, “H” still had plenty of energy for bubble smashing!
