I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to attend the 2018 Nishmah Women’s Shabbat Retreat at Cedar Creek in New Haven, Missouri last weekend. It was wonderful to connect with old and new friends from my Jewish community to celebrate Shabbat together, to enjoy delicious food and spirits, and to be inspired through learning, song, dance, yoga, meditation, hiking, and relaxation.
